With a strong platform in place we are looking for exceptional talent to complement our existing teams.Job DescriptionYour responsibilities will include the following:Identifying, developing and managing client business relationships as well as selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of businessAssess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely deliveryManage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyondSourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clientsBuild mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise PageGroup's commercial performance.The Successful ApplicantApplicants need to have a corporate image and articulate communication with the ability to build strong long term relationships.
