About Our Client

Our client is a leading international law firm in Hong Kong with an established records and information governance function.

Job Description

This role will oversee the records managements and information governance function for the firm's APAC offices. This role will manage work allocation and work flow, take the lead in projects, supervise staff, provide internal training, process and coordinate matters for the lawyers, handle confidential information and ensure compliance and security protocols are being upheld.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be a relevant degree holder with at least 6 years of experience in a records management / information governance role. It is preferred that the candidate has experience working in another law firm or professional firm environment, however other industries may be considered if the experience is highly transferable. Previous experience in a managerial level role will be beneficial for this position.
