About Our Client

My client is an established private equity firm based in HK with a stable track record. They are currently looking for a passionate and proactive receptionist / Admin assistant to join their team. Their office is in the heart of Hong Kong and they have an international working environment

Job Description

The receptionist / admin assistant will have the following duties

  • To manage the front of house, keeping it neat and tidy & maintaining the meeting rooms
  • Answering enquiries, phone calls and provide high standards of customer service to clients
  • Setting up VC meetings for partners in the firm in meeting rooms when required
  • Assisting with administration, office replenishment - calling vendors to fix office equipment
  • Handling courier

The Successful Applicant

The receptionist will have the following background

  • Higher education in business administration or relevant
  • Over 3 years solid experience in a client facing role or receptionist in MNC
  • Strong language skills- fluency in English and Cantonese
  • Be Passionate, independent worker who takes initiative
  • A team player who can multitask and meet deadlines
