Job Description
- Head of China R&D Center, reporting to Global
- Sets strategy and direction for business critical R&D function in alignment with strategic plans established by top R&D management and CTO.
- Directs business critical R&D function through line or functional management levels where the scope and complexity of responsibilities require the integration of multiple disciplines and departments.
- Decisions and recommendations have a significant long-term impact on the division(s) or regional geographic area and affect the financial or employee position of the company.
The Successful Applicant
- Rich medical device R&D experience and business insight
- Cooperation experience with other internal stakeholders & external partners, i.e. marketing, manufacturing, quality, regulation, procurement, service, operation, venders
- Excellent capability of team management, planning and execution, analysis and problem-solving, process management, communication, and coordination
- Fluent in English and can be used as working language
