Job Description

  • Lead and develop an innovation pipeline to enhance brand positioning and business growth.
  • Collaborate globally to translate consumer insights into meaningful product advancements.
  • Oversee R&D strategy to improve cost efficiency, compliance, and product quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement in ingredient and packaging selection for superior consumer experience.
  • Coach and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of creativity and technical excellence.



The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree (preferred) in Food Science, Food Processing, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 15+ years of R&D leadership experience within Food/ Beverage industry
  • Proven expertise in leading R&D projects within the Food/ Beverage industry.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and technical standards.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
  • Excellent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Open to travel
