About Our Client

Our client is a Leading Gifts & Accessories company with great market presence. With a strong commitment to sustainability and design excellence, they are seeking a Quality Director to elevate the global quality operations.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage global Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams across multiple regions.
  • Strengthen and evolve our Quality Management System (QMS) to align with strategic goals and sustainability initiatives.
  • Define and monitor quality KPIs, inspection protocols, and testing standards to drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee supplier audits and ensure compliance with international standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Procurement, and Customer Service to embed quality throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Develop training programs to enhance technical capabilities and foster a culture of shared accountability.
  • Drive harmonisation of processes across regions and prepare executive-level reports to support data-driven decisions

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in quality management, ideally in bags, gifts, accessories
  • Proven leadership of regional QA/QC teams, especially in China and other global locations.
  • Expertise in root cause analysis, digital quality systems, and process optimisation.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to represent the company professionally with customers and suppliers.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
