Job Description

  • Responsible for implementation and maintenance of ISO Quality system.
  • Formulate and execute the training plan to all personnel as required.
  • Manage the service quality assessment of all managers and workers of each department. Monitor and keep track of the staff performance management system to ensure quality of service being delivered to clients. Put forward suggestions for improvement, and formulated regulations on rewards and punishments.
  • Define, implement and review various work plans in all aspects to the department and conduct the evaluation of the plan completion.
  • Responsible for organising the implementation of instruction and resolutions, tracking and supervising the implementation of all departments.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years of quality control, property-related training experience in Hong Kong.
  • Familiar with ISO quality system operation process.
  • Strong leadership with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must.
  • Experience in property/facility/hotel management, health and safety management, environmental management will be defined as advantage.
  • Experience in community identification and warm hints is also preferred.
