Job Description

Automation Expertise:

  • 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and executing test automation frameworks and scripts.
  • Proven experience with Cypress for API testing automation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cypress and Playwright for building robust End-toEnd (E2E) test suites.
  • Familiarity with K6 for load testing is a strong plus.



*Test Strategy & Management:
oExperience in defining the scope of testing for projects based on risk assessment.
oAbility to develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy aligned with Agile methodologies.

*Continuous Improvement:
oStay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in automation testing.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and practices.*Communication & Collaboration:
oExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work eJectively with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, business analysts).
oStrong customer focus with an understanding of UI/UX best practices.*Mentorship & Leadership:
oProven ability to mentor and coach junior automation testers.
oLead by example, fostering a collaborative and quality-driven testing environment.*Manual Testing Skills:
oAbility to perform exploratory and manual testing to identify critical issues beyond automation.
oStrong problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software defects.
