Job Description

  • Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
  • Communicate and follow up with customers regarding order status, shipment updates, and any inquiries or issues that arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer orders, invoices, shipping documents, and other relevant documentation.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to arrange shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any transportation-related issues.
  • Work closely with sales representatives to address customer needs, resolve order discrepancies, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and resolve any order-related problems or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform data entry and maintain order databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
  • Generate reports and provide analysis on order trends, customer preferences, and other relevant metrics.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as in a similar role
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
