Job Description

  • Monitoring market trends to ensure competitive positioning of assets.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance property performance and value.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Preparing and presenting leasing and asset management reports to stakeholders.
  • Overseeing compliance with lease terms and relevant regulations in Hong Kong.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in property management, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
  • 15+ year of experience in leasing and asset management within the property industry.
  • Proven experience with Owner's Corporations, AGMs, and DMC compliance
  • Proficiency in market analysis and financial reporting.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with property regulations and compliance requirements in Hong Kong.
