You will lead project teams with junior team members (Analysts, Associates, Consultants, etc) to pitch ideas to clients and deliver projects according to the work scope set out by clients. You will be the bridge between the firm's senior management and the project teams, providing both communications of Firm's expectation and guidance/coaching to your teammates.With a combination of analytical skills and social acumen, you will apply dexterous communication skills to present findings, insights, and recommendations to clients, with the goal to foster constructive dialogue and bring tangible impact through implementation and adaptation by clients, which could be governments, NGOs, private entities, and other stakeholders.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate should possess an excellent academic record, ideally graduated from degrees in Public Administration, Policy, or International Relations. Advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) is a plus.The firm is looking for at least 5 to 8 years of experience in consulting firms such as MBB & Big4*, including 1 to 2 years in a leadership role within a project team. Familiarity with data analysis, modeling, statistics, econometrics, and other analytical tools is a plus. In addition, the candidate should demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively, a can-do attitude, and a passion for international development.The position requires strong analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative, as well as written and oral communications in meetings and presentation settings. Professionalism and a proven track record of working with senior officials in the public and/or private sector is an advantage.Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, while fluency in Cantonese is an advantage.
