Job Description

As a Project Architect, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Focus on façade and technical areas, manage the design and development process for construction projects.
  • Collaborating with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Preparing and reviewing architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinating with construction teams to ensure the project is executed as planned.
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Providing technical advice and solutions to address design challenges.
  • Monitoring project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintaining clear communication with all parties throughout the project life-cycle.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Architect should have:

  • A professional degree in architecture or a related field.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and building regulations.
  • Registered Architect with minimum 8 years post-qualification
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
