About Our Client

Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of the programs. The successful candidate will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that our programs are effective, efficient, and aligned with their missions and values.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR program strategy, in line with the company's mission and values.
  • Identify and prioritize CSR initiatives that align with our sustainability goals and community needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, HR, and marketing, to ensure alignment and support for CSR projects.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, NGOs, governmental organizations, and community leaders to facilitate project implementation.
  • Plan and manage the budget, resources, and timelines for each CSR project, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives, collecting data and feedback to measure outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate the progress and impact of CSR projects to internal and external stakeholders through reports, presentations, and other communication channels.
  • Identify opportunities for employee engagement and volunteer programs, encouraging employee participation and fostering a culture of social responsibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to CSR and incorporate relevant insights into project planning and implementation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Sustainability, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, ideally in CSR, community development, or social impact projects.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Knowledge of CSR best practices, sustainability frameworks, and relevant local and international regulations.
  • Familiarity with impact measurement methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and community relations.
  • Passion for corporate social responsibility, community development, and making a positive impact.
