Job Description

As a PSL your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expertise and guidance on a broad range of corporate matters.
  • Developing and maintaining legal know-how and resource materials for internal teams.
  • Conducting legal research to support client and team needs.
  • Delivering training and updates on relevant legal developments to internal and client teams.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistency in legal processes and practices.
  • Monitoring and analysing legislative and regulatory changes in Hong Kong.
  • Supporting business development activities by preparing legal insights and updates.
  • Acting as a point of contact for technical legal queries within the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PSL will have:

  • A law degree and qualification to practice in Hong Kong or another common law jurisdiction.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, intellectual property, and banking and finance laws.
  • Excellent research and drafting skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in delivering legal training or preparing professional legal content.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and knowledge-sharing within teams.
  • Ability to stay updated with legal and regulatory changes in the professional services industry.
