About Our Client
My client a manufacturer is looking for a production manager to run its entire production line
Job Description
- Establishing and monitoring production performance
- Arrange and manage the production schedule and communicate with other dept. to ensure the smoothness of operation to meet the production target
- Establish and review work process within production and make resource could be utilized high effectiveness
- Ensures the operation in compliance with all the rules and regulations which legislated by government authorities
- Continuously improve the product quality to reduce food risk;
- Facility, Machine, Equipment, and Tools maintenance management
- Monitor pre-production preparation and implementation of bulk production by supervision of the production planning control program
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in relevant education
- At least 6 - 8 years of relevant working experience production manufacturing, of which at least 3 years in managerial level
- Good command of written and spoken language skills
- Ability to manage multi-task well in a fast-paced environment
