Production Director

About Our Client

Our client is a German manufacturer with multiple sites in Asia.

Oversee all aspects of production in the factory.
Maintain smooth work flow between departments and resolve any interdepartmental conflicts.
Ensures the factory stays on schedule and keeps commitments with

production, NPI and quality. Ensures factory meets the goals set by the management team.
Maintains on time shipments of 98% or better.
Maintain facilities to meet the high standards.
Establishes quarterly KPIs for self and factory direct reports.
Review with management team on a regular basis to ensure goals are being completed and develop new goals based on needs.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Fluent in speaking and reading in both Mandarin and English language.
Experience using Lean and 5S experience a plus.
Experienced in hiring and coordinating Engineering Program Management.
Experienced with providing high levels of customer service.
Experienced in different levels of quality, incoming, in process, outgoing, SPC, KPI, CPK

& FMEA, etc.
Judgment / Decision Making - Demonstrates consistent logic, rationality and objectivity in decision making. Takes into consideration related business ramification of various alternative courses of action.
