About Our Client
Our client is an international lifestyle/fashion footwear company with multiple famous brands who is looking for a strong Product Sales Manager to join them in an exciting regional role! The role is an integral role for the company and you will be the product leader of these renowned brands for Asia Pacific.
The Product Sales Manager will be the product leader, managing the wholesale business for the Asia Pacific region. You will be responsible for the product and sales performance of the different brands and will be responsible for expanding and growing the business. Your role will be responsible to formulate merchandising strategy for each APAC distribution markets. This is a senior position where you will be presenting to high level partners, clients and senior executives. You must be able to build a strong rapport, highly influence and maintain strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders. This role will have a travel component.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate must have at least 8-10 years of experience within a sales or merchandising role working with footwear. Candidates without footwear experience will not be considered as strong footwear product knowledge is required for this role. This person must have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in managing APAC markets. This role is a senior role where you will be liaising with senior executives so previous experience in presenting and working directly with senior partners is required. You will need to have strong analysis, negotiation, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates with native in English and an additional Asian language is a must. The applicant must be currently in Hong Kong.
