We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of our Customer Data Product for a leading life insurance client. This role is pivotal in transforming customer data into actionable insights that drive personalized experiences, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Job Description

  • Define and own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for the customer data product.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, actuaries, and compliance teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.
  • Translate business needs into data product features that enhance customer understanding, segmentation, and engagement.
  • Lead agile ceremonies, manage sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
  • Ensure data governance, privacy, and security standards are embedded in product design and implementation.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics; monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and data insights.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in insurance, financial services, or data-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), data lakes, and data governance.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
