Job Description

The Product Manager role's key deliverable is to define and execute product roadmap in alignment with company goals and Web3 market opportunities. To do so, you will collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive experiences for customers. Cross-functional collaboration is essential, as you will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products within planned timeline.

Additionally, the candidate will conduct market research to analyze competitor products, user feedback, and emerging trends to inform prioritization. Engaging with Web3 communities, DAOs, and power users will be crucial for gathering insights to iterate on product features. You will also track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as adoption, retention, and ROI to refine product decisions, while staying informed about global blockchain regulations to ensure compliance with evolving standards.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in product management, with a minimum of one year dedicated to Web3 or blockchain products. A technical understanding of blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and decentralized systems is essential. The candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of successfully shipping products from ideation to launch while utilizing agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Notion, and Figma.

Strong communication skills are crucial for articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, a passion for decentralization, open-source principles, and user sovereignty will be key attributes, reflecting the candidate's commitment to the values that underpin the Web3 ecosystem.
