About Our Client
Our client is a young and dynamic smart home appliances company with a worldwide presence. This company designs, creates and sells innovative smart home and living products online. To cope with the company's expansion and market demands, they are now looking for a Product Development Manager who will focus on souring, production, and merchandising.
Job Description
- Oversees product development amongst a team of individuals to create a prototype of new products
- Monitor the current consumer trends in the company's product categories and identify the new products for the company
- Implement product development plans with duties such as project management, sourcing, and value proposition
- Work with product designers, engineers, manufacturing companies, software developers, and other vendors to introduce innovative smart home products to customers.
- Develop & monitor product road map, product portfolio, and quality control processes to optimise customer satisfaction and revenue growth
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of four (4) years of working experience in product development and product management for consumer elect
- A creative and enthusiastic team player with strong project planning and project management skills.
- Excellent English (written and spoken) is required. Good communication in Chinese will be advantageous.
- Self-motivated to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Less experienced candidates will be considered for the Assistant Product Manager position
- Degree in business or technical fields
