Job Description

  • Own the success of assigned product portfolios, including pipeline planning, forecasting, and lifecycle management.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, promotional programs, and action plans to drive sales growth in private hospitals.
  • Analyze market trends, assess total addressable market (TAM), and prepare monthly forecasts with corrective action plans
  • Plan and deliver new product launches, including scientific talks, speaker programs, evaluations, and sales training
  • Organize and manage educational events, conferences, exhibitions, and third‑party sponsored activities with medical associations and societies
  • Work closely with sales teams through joint field visits, providing technical, academic, and competitive support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, contract renewals, and sustainable growth
  • Take ownership of sales performance and growth plans across private hospitals in Hong Kong

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of account management, product management or sales & marketing experience in the healthcare or hospital sector.
  • Comfortable with clinical education, training, and scientific engagement
  • Familiar about Private Hospital setting
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Proactive, structured, and able to work closely with sales teams in a field‑intensive environment
