Job Description

  • Lead the development of forward-thinking bra innovations in partnership with HQ and Technical team, ensuring alignment with luxury aesthetics, margin goals, and sourcing strategies.
  • Partner closely with Design, Technical, and Sourcing teams to bring elevated concepts to life, ensuring flawless execution from ideation to final product.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with suppliers, providing direction on quality standards, capabilities, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Establish refined costing frameworks, lead high-stakes negotiations, and proactively mitigate risks related to quality, capacity, and development timelines.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape global product innovation strategies, ensuring alignment with brand vision, market dynamics, and long-term growth objectives.
  • Inspire and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and continuous innovation within the luxury space.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree holders in fashion, product design, merchandising is preferred.
  • 10 years or above of experiences in intimate and lingerie manufacturing
  • Proven mastery in lingerie design, engineering, and innovation, with a strong understanding of luxury consumer expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-informed decisions and navigate complex challenges with elegance and precision.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for nurturing talent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
