We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Delivery Manager to join our clients team and play a crucial role in their business transformation programme. This position is responsible for assisting in the definition and delivery of the transformation programme, developing and executing the overall road-map.

Job Description

  • Lead and own the execution of a key transformation area in Custody
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across Sales & Business Development, Strategic Client Management, Product Management, Operations & Technology teams
  • Ensure cross-collaboration and alignment of requirements through to delivery
  • Develop deep domain understanding to become the go-to expert for detailed queries
  • Create and document clear process maps and business requirements
  • Manage prioritization, execution, testing, and migration processes
  • Translate business strategy into clear business capabilities and functional design
  • Promote and advocate for the transformation initiative across the organization

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in transformation and driving change in large organizations
  • Experience in complex process re-engineering, design, and operating model work
  • Knowledge of Post Trade for Equities or Fixed Income within a Custodian or Broker Dealer environment for settlements (desirable)
  • Flexibility in approach with the ability to show initiative and respond quickly to changing situations
  • Experience in managing/owning product solutions
  • Strong ability to manage ambiguity and bring clarity by effectively engaging stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders
