Our client is a Global Investment Bank, seeking for a Product Controller to join their Global Markets Team in supporting daily trading activity and P&L reporting.

Job Description

  • Monitor daily trading activity and flag unusual activity
  • Stay informed of developments and issues within assigned trading areas
  • Prepare daily P&L reports, including pricing reviews to ensure accurate valuation of inventory
  • Conduct independent price verification of trading positions
  • Liaise with Operations to resolve trade-related issues and discrepancies
  • Assess risks associated with trading positions, including market, compliance, and reputational risks
  • Execute month-end procedures and prepare accounts for posting to the firm's general ledger



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor in Finance or related subjects
  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience in Financial Markets/Product Control knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Confidence in interacting with demanding internal stakeholders
