About Our Client

Our client is a Leading Food & Beverage Manufacturer with decades of history and great market reputation. They are now looking for a Procurement Manager to lead the Procurement team focusing on Food & Beverage, packaging procurement.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimise costs and ensure supply chain reliability.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with key suppliers to secure high-quality materials.
  • Collaborate with R&D, production, and finance teams to align procurement with business goals.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage annual budget to meet company goals
  • Lead a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of Procurement experience in Food & Beverage, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex supplier contracts.
  • Knowledge of sustainable procurement practices and industry regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
