Job Description

  • Develop and execute regional sourcing strategies for facilities management, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and workplace services etc.
  • Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and performance management in alignment with global procurement standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Real Estate, Finance, Legal, and Risk to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Monitor market trends and supplier innovations to identify opportunities for cost optimization and service enhancement.
  • Support ESG and supplier diversity initiatives within the procurement process.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPM) are a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in facilities or indirect sourcing within a regional or global organization.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are an advantage.
