About Our Client

Our client is one of the global service provider to clients operating and investing in different locations, services including HR and payroll, accounting and tax, corporate secretarial, international structuring and structured finance.

Job Description

  • Handle enquires from clients and other internal departments for new business/ trust set up.
  • Handle the new business on-boarding process
  • Assist in setting up trust structures
  • Prepare trust documents and assist in trust administration
  • Assist in new business on-boarding process
  • Handle invoicing and debt collection processes
  • Assist in FATCA and KYC matters

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with solid private trust experience from Trustee services/ professional firms
  • Able to prioritize tasks and deliver the task before deadline
  • Meticulous, well-organized, and self-motivated with positive working attitude
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
