About Our Client

Our client, a reputable and long-standing private equity firm, is seeking a high-calibre Investment Analyst or Associate to join their dynamic deal team based in Hong Kong.

Job Description



  • Assist in the sourcing, screening, and evaluation of potential investment opportunities


  • Conduct comprehensive market research and industry analysis, including trends, competitive landscapes, and growth drivers


  • Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal investment committees


  • Monitor and assess the performance of portfolio companies, including financial metrics, strategic initiatives, and quarterly reporting



The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university; finance, economics, or related disciplines preferred


  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with a solid understanding of valuation techniques


  • 1-2 years of experience in investment banking at a leading global institution; exposure to primary market, buyside are highly advantageous


  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly


  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a collaborative team environment
