PR Director/media relations

About Our Client
We are currently partnered up with a technology giant which has global exposure to ICT business. To further develop their corporate image in the international market,they are currently looking for a PR Director who has strong experiences with media relations and track record in building international brand volume.
Responsible for leading the analysis, identification and translation of the target customer, perceptions and needs into brand strategies that drive the business and build the brand.
Responsible for developing APAC PR strategy for the brands including what elements to deliver the customer needs and wants for new markets.
Responsible for building and developing APAC editorial share of voice with an emphasis on translating and building the Brand story with the consumer within APAC region.
Formulate the external media promotion plan, public relations plan, organise the implementation, and analyze and evaluate the communication effect
Develop and maintain alignment touch points to ensure key brand messages are translated into the APAC region.
Source, select, develop and manage functional team in day-to-day marketing activities.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree or above, efficient English speaker
Extensive working exposure in similar role and job scope, with overseas media relations capital,especially in US/Eurpope/APAC.
Possess a good understanding of media and has rich public relations activity planning ability, crisis public relations handling ability
Strong writing and oral communication skills with high proficiency in English
Have enthusiasm for the Internet industry, strong market sense, international vision, brand building capacity, marketing and publicity
