About Our Client
Our client is a creative and innovative entertainment company. They have expanded their market to multiple regions in Asia over the past two years. The company is expecting a three-fold growth in the near future. They are looking for a customer relationship manager to coordinate events for their high-net worth value customers.
As the Customer Relationship/VIP manager, you will take ownership of the loyal program and evaluate the effectiveness on the promotion or marketing programs. This include planning the promotion and events for the VIP guests.
To support business growth and development, you will also report the evaluation reports and discuss with Senior Management and General Manager to provide recommendations in user acquisition, engagement and retention programs.
Other than that, you will also be working cross-functionally with the marketing team for both online & offline marketing campaigns and events.
The Successful Applicant
This is a middle management positions and requires someone with an excellent mindset to work in a fast-paced start-up environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in loyalty programs, including experience in marketing and customer service. You must be a confident, proactive and target-drive leader to excel in this role. You should be comfortable interacting will all levels and leading a team to achievements.
