They are currently looking for a Post Trade Support Officer to handle settlement, corporate action and equity processing for securities lending product. About Our Client

Our client is one of top FI company who mainly focusing on providing services in clearing, custody, financing, and risk management for different investment products. The department is currently looking for a Post Trade Support Officer to be responsible for managing post trade support in settlement, corporate action and equity processing for securities lending product in HK market.

Job Description

  • Providing exceptional services to customers, aiming for the highest standards
  • Assisting the team in handling day-to-day equity processing tasks, such as corporate actions, settlement, and fee reconciliation
  • Supporting the team in ensuring the accuracy and quality of reconciliation reports for trades involving affiliates, clients, and counterparts
  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve breaks and exceptions, and identifying the underlying causes for any issues that may arise

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines, relevant working experience in HK securities lending product and post trade support
  • Knowledge in settlement/ reconciliation within securities, clearing and banking
  • Strong reliable. Strives for accuracy and stability and able to works in a consistent manner
  • Strong problem solver, conduct research and analysis in a time management skills
  • Strong analytics, affinity with data and reconciliation, proactive and willing to learn skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin skills
