About Our Client

Our client is a globally recognised leader in high-performance computing hardware manufacturing. With its rapid business growth, they are now looking for a PMC Manager to join their wining team.

Job Description

  • Lead the PMC team in master scheduling, material planning, and finished goods delivery.
  • Monitor performance of contract manufacturers to ensure output meets expectations.
  • Ensure timely material supply for production and new product launches.
  • Implement and optimise MRP systems for efficient resource planning.
  • Develop strategic material control processes and internal policies.
  • Oversee inventory control activities to maintain accuracy, optimal levels, and turnover.
  • Drive continuous improvement in supply chain and inventory management practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in production material control or supply chain management, preferably in electronics or computer components manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in ERP/ SAP systems, material control software, and MS Excel.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel
