About Our Client
Our client is a global well-know RPO company with excellent reputation on the world.
Lead a top retail recruitment team, manage team operations and recruitment process and closely monitor team performance.
Be responsible for 3000+ hiring per year ranging from store athlete to store management level roles.
Continue observe current recruitment process and optimize the process when necessary.
Own project P&L, track team resource and hiring volume trend to ensure the resource are planned properly.
Resolve hiring Mgr and relevant stake holder complains when necessary.
Train and coach new team leaders.
Manage key recruitment project and ensure smooth delivery.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree or above
TA Project Experience and Channel Management Experience at least 7 years
Good language ability both in Chinese and English
Pharma/Medical device industry preferred
