About Our Client

My client is a well known industry leader in the real estate industry. They are looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team to support senior management. This role will be more focused on family and personal matters

Job Description

The PA will have the following duties

  • Handling all personal matters in the smooth running of the household operations
  • Supervising household staff, eg helpers, drivers, chefs, butlers
  • To be the point of contact for children schools / extra curriculum and to follow up
  • Assist with maintenance - find contractors to handle housing maintenance
  • Booking family holiday arrangements and calendar managements for management



The Successful Applicant

The PA will have the following requirements

  • Over 8 years solid experience supporting senior management in similar role
  • Operate with the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong language skills- fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Must have a strong track record of supporting well known senior management
  • Be flexible, a team player and be a strong problem solver
  • Strong communications and organisation skills
