About Our Client

My client is a well known brand in the leisure industry and are currently looking for Personal Assistant to join a team to provide support in the Executive Office.

Job Description

The Personal Assistant will have the following duties

  • Calendar Management and travel arrangements
  • Handling household staff, helping with hiring, insurance renewals and payroll
  • Handling personal matters for Chairman & family members
  • Working in a team of secretaries to handle both business and personal matters
  • Consolidation of reports
  • Workload management of staff members



The Successful Applicant

The Personal Assistant will have the following background

  • Higher education in business administration or relevant
  • To be flexible work out of office hours if required
  • Travel if required to China
  • Must have some experience with recruitment / HR matters
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Work with high integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail
