About Our Client

The company is within the luxury goods industry - they have a small operations team in Hong Kong but is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Chairman. They will need to travel on the job - attending jewellery fairs globally are seeking a dedicated individual to join their secretarial and business support team. This personal will need to be flexible, proactive and take initiative in their work. This role will be working 5 days across the 7 day week, so if working on weekend - will have days off in the weekday

Job Description

As a Personal Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily schedules and appointments for the Chairman
  • Coordinating and arranging meetings, conferences, and business events.
  • Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives.
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Maintaining and organising confidential files and records.
  • Arranging travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Ensuring smooth communication and workflow within the department.
  • Providing general administrative support to the secretarial and business support team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Personal Assistant should have:

  • Higher Education in business administration or relevant
  • Over 3 years secretarial support skills -supporting senior management
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Willing to work weekends when required - day off in weekday provided in lieu
  • Experience in the retail industry or a similar environment is a plus.
