About Our Client

Our client is a large sustainable listed company in Hong Kong.

To cope with their business growth, they are currently hiring an People Analytics & Transformation Manager. The person has sound knowledge with HR process, will be responsible for driving digital transformation projects to improve process efficiency. The candidate is expected to have strong analytical and data management skills, able to drive the team on people analytics & modelling, turning data into insights, with storytelling/ presention to C-level.

Job Description

  • As a team lead of 3
  • Drive people analytics & transformation strategy and roadmap; facilitate the team on the delivery of digital and business transformation projects
  • Perform people analytics and modelling, turn data into meaningful insights, storytelling and make presentations to the C-levels with dashboards and data models
  • Oversee overall data management activities across data pipelines, dashboards and ETL process
  • Drive transformation projects, involved in end-to-end project life cycle; Monitor project process, operations efficiency, and delivery
  • Perform senior stakeholder management. Maintain close communication and collaborations across business leaders, provide solutions, develop rapport, trust and buy-in
  • Lead the business and integration requirements discussion with internal users and develop solution proposals
  • Coordinate with both internal and external technical support teams to deliver the solutions to the transformation projects
  • Perform change management and drive data-driven culture within the corporate

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
  • At least 8+ years of relevant experience in HR/ People Analytics with 3 years at Lead/ Managerial level
  • Experience leader with track record leading a small to medium team
  • Approachable and decisive people person who is strong in managing stakeholders from the bottom to the top
  • Strong in data analytics and modelling, turning data into business insights; strong in storytelling to C-level
  • Experience with data pipelines and ETL process
  • Experience in designing and developing dashboards (Power BI/ Python)
  • Knowledgeable with Agile methodology is a plus
  • Experience in Python, SQL, or other relevant tools is preferred
  • Background from large matrix enterprise environment is preferred
  • Strong analytic mind, self-motivated, and able to work under tight schedule
  • Strong communication skills in Chinese and English
