Responsibilities

岗位职责

  • 深度研究医药行业（新药，医疗器械，生物医药，生物科技等），撰写行业研究与投资分析报告
  • Deep investigate in healthcare industries.
  • 负责医药领域项目的筛选、尽调、估值、交易架构设计与退出方案制定
  • Responsible for screening sourced deals, due diligence, valuation and transaction execution.
  • 组织并推动项目执行，包括协调中介机构、参与谈判、拟制投资文件等
  • Liaise and coordinate between stakeholders, negotiation and draft investment reports.
  • 建立并维护与行业内企业、内容创作者、平台方的合作关系，拓展优质项目资源
  • Establish and maintain relationship between key players within the market to explore investment opportunities.



The Successful Applicant

Requirements

任职要求

  • 拥有顶尖高校硕士及以上学历，生物，化学，医药等相关专业。
  • Degree holder from a reputable institution.
  • 3年以上投资、券商投行、资产管理等金融机构从业经验，过往科技项目投资业绩良好，有丰富的投资项目退出管理经验
  • 3 years above working experiences in private equity investment in healthcare.
  • 具备扎实的经济、金融、财务建模、估值分析及谈判技巧，具有行业分析、项目分析、投资估值等经验，并熟知具体方法和流程
  • Solid financial modelling, accounting, negotiation, valuation skills.
  • 熟悉科技行业发展趋势，具备独立判断与项目执行能力
  • Familiar with healthcare industry trends, and can carry out projects individually.
  • The role is based in Hong Kong, and qualified candidates should have working visa ready.
