Job Description

We are hiring several headcounts from Paralegal to Legal Manager level for both Hong Kong and US side capital markets practices. For the more junior-level, the role will focus a lot on due diligence and verification work. For the US-side roles, this role will require strong drafting skills for assisting to draft sections of the prospectus.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have obtained a law degree from a top law school in Mainland China and ideally completed post-graduate studies in another country such as the US, UK or Hong Kong. In addition to academic background, work experience will also be highly favoured, with most roles requiring a minimum of 1 year of related IPO experience from a law firm. Native proficiency in Mandarin and a high-level of fluency in English is also preferred.
