About Our Client

My client is an MNC who is well known in their field who is urgently looking for an EA to support the MD. You will be helping with the usual secretarial support but also to work with various departments on follow ups for projects and to provide updates back to the MD

Job Description

The EA will have the following duties

  • Handle calendar management and meeting arrangements for senior management
  • Organising intense travel arrangements for the MD
  • Being an effective gatekeeper and to work with direct reports
  • To follow up closely with the various teams regarding multiple projects
  • Consolidation of reports - budgeting, project costs reports
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors

The Successful Applicant

The EA will have the following background

  • Higher education in business administration or relevant
  • Over 6 years solid experience supporting senior management
  • Strong multi-tasking skills - handling multiple projects
  • Candidates from Construction, Engineering, Interior Design or Architects will have an advantage
  • Strong language skills- fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong project management administration
  • Candidates who are immediate will have an advantage
