About Our Client

My client is within the professional services industry - providing experiences for their customer base. They are looking for an operations manager to join their team. This role will be based in Tseun wan and will be client facing - managing a key account but also managing a small team to help with execution too.

Job Description

The Operations Manager will have the following duties

  • Work closely with the key account / client to understand their latest market campaigns
  • Help with the procurement of props and materials for the events/ campaigns
  • To manage the fulfilment centre - from an admin and maintenance perspective
  • Manage a small team who will help with the execution process
  • To help with RSVPs for events, and mailings- working to tight deadlines.
  • Ensuring team are hitting KPIs and other deliverables



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have the following background

  • Higher education in business administration or relevant studies
  • Over 8 years solid experience in an operations manager role- client facing experience an advantage too
  • Experience leading a team and also working on marketing campaigns
  • Must have strong language skills- fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong execution skills, ability to meet deadlines and problem solving skills
