About Our Client

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the Ecommerce operations specifically catering to the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supply chain management within the Ecommerce sector and a deep understanding of the US market dynamics. Experience in managing accounts such as Walmart, Home Depot, Tesco, Amazon, or similar major retailers is highly desirable.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet customer demand and optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of goods.
  • Oversee accounts with major retailers such as Walmart, Home Depot, Tesco, Amazon, and others, ensuring seamless supply chain operations and strong partnerships.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management within the Ecommerce industry, preferably in the US market.
  • Experience managing accounts with major retailers such as Walmart, Home Depot, Tesco, Amazon, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS) is a plus.
