Job Description

  • Handle invoice processing, vendor payments, expense claims, and basic AP/AR activities.
  • Manage scheduling, meeting arrangements, and internal communications to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, and business documents with accuracy.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including supplies replenishment, facility upkeep, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain complete and organized documentation for suppliers and customers, including contracts, agreements, onboarding files, and certifications.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or finance support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with ERP or finance systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command in Cantonese and English.
