Our client is one of the most reputable Japanese banking group securities sector, with over 100 years history specialising in provide investment and wealth management services for corporate clients. They are currently looking for an Onboarding Analyst (Korean Speaker) with focus in KYC or client onboarding sector. The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of working experience in onboarding field, familiar with MAS SG regulation.

About Our Client

Our client is one of the largest Japanese banking group under securities sector with over 100 years of history. Currently looking for an Onboarding Analyst (Korean Speaker) to be responsible for Korean sales client onboarding and KYC field for corporate clients, candidate should be familiar with SG MAS regulation.

Job Description



  • Serve as the central point of contact for client onboarding for both the business and clients.


  • Ensure the collection of all necessary KYC and due diligence documentation prior to client onboarding and account opening.


  • Utilize internal systems for efficient workflow management and data storage.


  • Respond to queries about the status of onboarding requests.


  • Facilitate the credit requirements and compliance documentation process to ensure successful onboarding across all asset classes.


  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, sales, trading, credit, legal, and operations.


  • Assist with account maintenance as requested by clients or internal stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
  • At least 2 years of working experience in client onboarding field, korean speaker
  • Experience from Japan banking or FI group is preferred
  • Good knowledge in dealing with APAC corporate client, SG MAS regulation
  • Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
  • Work collaboratively with team member
  • Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
  • Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
