About Our Client

Our client is an international funeral services company. They are now recruiting an Office Manager who will further grow their team in Hong Kong.

Job Description

  • Lead a small administrative team to maintain and manage the facilities of the Hong Kong office, ensuring smooth office operations, including procurement of office supplies, financial processing, personnel management, business development and payroll.
  • Oversee office administrative functions, including office operations, company events, product displays, mail delivery management, and reception duties for clients and senior executives.
  • Schedule office operations and coordinate with the sales team, distributors, and contractors.

The Successful Applicant

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above
  • Work Experience: Over 5 years of experience, preferably with experience in setting up a company office and at least 1 year in an administrative supervisory role.
  • Language Requirements: Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
  • Experience in customer service, with a passion for interacting with people and strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel operations and functions.
  • Experience in accounting and general administration, capable of independently handling financial and administrative tasks.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, excellent negotiation and leadership abilities, and a team-oriented spirit. Self-driven with great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Additional Information: The company provides comprehensive training and guidance at headquarters during the initial onboarding period.
