Job Description

    • Oversee general office administration and facilities management, including office renovation or relocation projects, maintenance of equipment, and overall office operations
    • Process and manage routine expense reimbursement claims in an accurate and timely manner
    • Coordinate the management, delivery, and collection of internal and external documents and items
    • Perform regular outdoor duties such as liaising with government departments, banks, post offices, and courier services for document handling
    • Plan and support company events and staff engagement activities, including annual dinners, celebrations, and employee gatherings
    • Manage the procurement, inventory, and distribution of office stationery and supplies
    • Provide ad‑hoc administrative support and assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management



The Successful Applicant

  • A high level of organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • A professional demeanor and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in similar post within the financial services industry will be advantageous.
