About Our Client

We are partnering with a leading full-service foreign law firm with a growing international presence for this hire. Known for its excellence in various practices, the firm is expanding its Hong Kong office to support increasing client demand.

Job Description

  • Assist the Office Administration & HR Manager with day-to-day office operations, including general administrative tasks and office coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation for both HR and administrative functions.
  • Provide support on HR-related administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, and coordinating staff activities.
  • Assist with recruitment logistics, interview scheduling, and preparation of HR reports when required.
  • Cover front-of-house duties when the existing receptionist is on leave including greeting clients, managing calls, and handling meeting room bookings
  • Liaise with external vendors for office supplies; monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment of office essentials.
  • Support special projects and any additional tasks assigned by the Admin & HR Manager to meet business needs.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of HR and/or office administrative experience; ideally in legal, professional services, or financial institutions
  • Strong command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, collaborative, proactive, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with administrative systems
