About Our Client

Our client is a Global Leading brand in the Consumer Electronics space. With products trusted by professional users worldwide and an ambitious technology roadmap ahead, they invest heavily in innovation, advanced manufacturing, and world‑class product development.

They are seeking an experienced NPI Project Manager with strong CAD expertise to drive new product industrialisation and support cross‑functional stakeholders through the full development cycle. This role is central in transitioning products from design to mass production in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Job Description

  • Lead NPI/Industrialisation activities and support the PMO
  • Drive cross‑functional teams & suppliers to deliver DFx, validation, PPAP, engineering builds and documentation
  • Conduct DFM/DFA analysis using SolidWorks and prototypes
  • Resolve technical issues with HQ and China partners
  • Approve tooling, parts, and production lines for launch readiness
  • Lead root‑cause analysis using advanced problem‑solving tools (DOE, RCA)
  • Report NPI status per internal procedures
  • Travel 2-3 days/week to Mainland China



The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years' experience in consumer electronics
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
  • Strong 3D CAD expertise (SolidWorks ideal)
  • Deep knowledge of prototyping + manufacturing processes
  • Skilled in DFMEA, PFMEA, DOE, and structured problem solving
  • Strong communicator; self‑driven and adaptable
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
  • Electronics knowledge a bonus
