New Origin & New Lane SetupLead the full process of establishing new origins and delivery lanes, including feasibility study, supplier alignment, routing design, and service readiness.Work directly with clients, carriers, fulfilment centres, last‑mile partners, customs-related parties, and local suppliers to ensure operational capability.Coordinate routing logic, label requirements, operational workflows, and documentation needed for market launch.2. Service Launch ExecutionOversee pilot runs, testing cycles, issue tracking, and go‑live management.Ensure new services meet required SLAs, compliance standards, and customer expectations.Stabilise performance during early launch phases by identifying bottlenecks, risks, and operational gaps.3. Cross‑Functional CollaborationPartner with Commercial, Operations, IT, and Product teams on solution design, service modelling, and customer requirements.Liaise with global teams in a supporting/copy-only mode, while owning end‑to‑end execution locally.4. Supplier & Partner CoordinationEngage with linehaul partners, last‑mile providers, fulfilment centres, and logistics suppliers to validate capabilities and secure operational alignment.Support partner onboarding, SOP creation, process mapping, and troubleshooting.5.
