The company operates across Global, supporting merchants, platforms and partners with scalable cross‑border solutions, digital tools, customs capabilities and international delivery networks. With expansion at the core of its global strategy, the company is building new origins, new routes and new delivery capabilities to strengthen its footprint across APAC and beyond.

Job Description



1. New Origin & New Lane Setup

  • Lead the full process of establishing new origins and delivery lanes, including feasibility study, supplier alignment, routing design, and service readiness.
  • Work directly with clients, carriers, fulfilment centres, last‑mile partners, customs-related parties, and local suppliers to ensure operational capability.
  • Coordinate routing logic, label requirements, operational workflows, and documentation needed for market launch.



2. Service Launch Execution

  • Oversee pilot runs, testing cycles, issue tracking, and go‑live management.
  • Ensure new services meet required SLAs, compliance standards, and customer expectations.
  • Stabilise performance during early launch phases by identifying bottlenecks, risks, and operational gaps.



3. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Commercial, Operations, IT, and Product teams on solution design, service modelling, and customer requirements.
  • Liaise with global teams in a supporting/copy-only mode, while owning end‑to‑end execution locally.



4. Supplier & Partner Coordination

  • Engage with linehaul partners, last‑mile providers, fulfilment centres, and logistics suppliers to validate capabilities and secure operational alignment.
  • Support partner onboarding, SOP creation, process mapping, and troubleshooting.



5. Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor performance of newly launched origins and lanes, including transit times, routing efficiency, exception rates, and customer adoption.
  • Recommend improvements to workflows, SOPs, routing, and operational controls.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance service reliability, reduce errors, and optimise overall process efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-8 years of experience in cross‑border e‑commerce logistics, solutions, or network expansion.
  • Hands‑on experience with new lane setup, route planning, logistics coordination, or service deployment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to handle ambiguity and build structure from scratch.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders across different regions.
  • Positive, self‑driven, and capable of handling multiple projects at once.
  • Experience with API/WMS integration or e‑commerce platform workflows is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese / Mandarin is a PLUS
