Our client is one of the well-known private banks with over 130 years of history that operates in 28 countries worldwide. It mainly focuses on wealth management and investment services. They are currently looking for a Name Screening Officer to handle and review name screening and client documentation review for private banking clients. Candidate with 1 - 2 years of working experience in banking or financial services sector are welcomed!
  • Looking for 1 to 2 years of working experience within FS operation field
  • Good exposure in name screening, AML review for PB clients

About Our Client

Our client in one of the top private banks that mainly focuses on wealth management and investment consultancy services for individuals and companies, with over 6,600 staff operating in 28 countries worldwide. The department is now looking for a Name Screening Officer to manage new account and existing name screening and AML review for private banking clients.

Job Description

  • Conducting name screening checks to identify potential matches against regulatory and internal watch lists.
  • Reviewing and analyzing alerts generated by the screening systems to assess relevance and risk.
  • Escalating potential matches to the compliance team for further investigation.
  • Ensuring all screening activities are accurately documented and in compliance with internal policies.
  • Supporting the implementation of updated screening tools and processes.
  • Collaborating with team members to maintain a high standard of operational efficiency.
  • Providing insights and feedback to improve the effectiveness of the screening process.
  • Keeping up-to-date with regulatory developments and industry best practices in name screening.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • 1 -2 years of working experience in operation field within banking/ Financial Services sector
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Good speaking and writing skills in English and Chinese
